Important:
Only those features that you have been granted access to will display.
Additionally, features in this section of the help manual refer to integration
with another product.
Once a district has Teacher Messaging Reporting enabled, you can enable Teacher Messaging Reporting for certain user profiles. For example, if this is enabled for an Admin user profile, only users under an Admin profile will be able to see reporting.
Follow the steps below to enable TIM Reporting for specific user profiles:
1. Click the Admin tab and then the Profiles sub-tab.
2. Click the Edit button to access a profile's settings.
3. Under Report Options, check the box to enable/disable TIM Reporting.
4. Click Save to complete.
Users under the specific user profile now has access to the Chat Audit Log feature under the Reports tab.

Important: If Teacher Messaging Reporting is enabled for a
user profile, users under that user profile can disable the following
features in the SchoolMessenger App: messages, attachments, replies, and
group creation..
For Teacher Messaging-enabled users, they can follow the steps below to access Teacher Messaging Settings:
Under Features, click Teacher Messaging.
A new window opens for Teacher Messaging settings.
If your group creation is disabled, your Groups page will appear as below:
