The Call Distribution Report, shown below, graphically displays the average distribution of calls over the course of the day, week, month, and year. This shows what times of the day the system is the busiest, which days the most calls go out, and when the busiest times were over the course of the month and year.
1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Click the Call Distribution sub-tab.
