Important: Only those features that you have been granted
access to will display. Additionally, features in this section of the
help manual refer to integration with another product.
Use this report to see which users or contacts have actually downloaded the SchoolMessenger app. After searching for a user or contact, you'll be able to see when they last logged in, as well as the other contacts associated with that user.
1. Click the Reports tab. The Reports sub-tab is automatically selected.
2. Click the SchoolMessenger App Adoption History report under the Individual section of the Report Builder.
3. Select which method you'd like to search for your user or contact by: ID Number, Phone, or Email.
4. Enter your Search Value in the Search Value field provided.
5. Click the View Report button. Your report details will appear in the Search Results section below.
