To view and edit the contact information and preferences for any contact
using your search results from the Contacts sub-tab, click on the Details
icon to the left of the contact's ID. You will be taken to a screen like
the one shown below.
The Contact Information screen contains several fields, displaying all of the information available about a contact in the database. The fields that you will see in this area will vary depending on what data you have made available to the system. For example, in the screenshot above, information regarding the contact's afterschool activity is displayed while for other schools, it may not.
The Contact Details section shows the contact information currently in the system for this contact which may be edited. To the right of each contact type, there are checkboxes corresponding to the job types in the system. Checking any of these boxes will tell the system to send certain kind of jobs to each destination. For example, if a parent only wanted to receive attendance calls on their cell phone, the checkbox for attendance would be checked next to their cell phone number and unchecked next to their other phone numbers.
