There are a few things we recommend you do before you get started sending Broadcasts.
Your login web address is unique to your district. You won’t find a link to your school’s login page anywhere on our website. This is why we advise you take a moment to bookmark your login page on any computer that you’ll regularly be using to send notifications.
For further reference, take a moment to write down the web address and carry it with you. This will ensure you’ll be able to access your school’s login page from computers that don’t have your school’s unique web address bookmarked.
Click Account to access your account settings.
Review all of the details within the User Information section to ensure that the information is complete and accurate.
If you want more information on a specific field, hover your cursor over it and a label will pop up.
If you've made changes, click the Done button to save and return to the Dashboard screen.
Note: If your account was
created through a data import, you may not be able to edit some fields.
